Stay on the ranch

Sugarloaf Mountain Lodge.

Five thousand square feet of mountain lodge on the private 1,000 acres outside Leadville: five bedrooms and a loft, five decks, a fire pit, and an observation lounge on the fifth floor looking at Turquoise Lake, Mount Elbert and Mount Massive.

The lodge

Ride all day, sleep on the mountain.

The lodge sits on the same private ranch the High Adventure snowmobile, snowbike and dirt bike tours use, so a multi-day group rides from the door and comes back to the fire pit. Five bedrooms plus a sleeping loft take a whole crew. Five decks and a fifth-floor observation lounge take the view: Turquoise Lake below, the two highest peaks in Colorado across the valley.

A professional chef can be arranged, or we stock the kitchen with the provisions you choose before you arrive.
